Our Principals .... The management of Resurgence Health Group is experienced in all areas of turnaround and health care management and operations. The Executive Offices have worked in private and non-profit hospitals, publicly traded, community and privately owned companies, and independent accounting firms. The expertise of management includes, but is not limited to, hospital administration, corporate operations, treasury, finance, accounting, reimbursement, marketing, syndication, construction management, personnel administration, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buy-outs, long-term debt negotiations and corporate restructuring. The Executive Officers have expertise in the turnaround of under performing facilities and companies. This expertise was derived from acquiring troubled assets and infusing capital and management talent to increase volume and decrease expenses. This experience occurred over the past 20 years, during favorable and unfavorable economic times. The Executive Officers have over 110 years collective experience in the health care operations and turnaround management. During this time, the Executive Officers have owned and operated acute hospitals, nursing homes, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers and physician practices. Resurgence Health Group's facilities are generally located in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, Texas and Mississippi. As owners, operator and advisors, the Executive Officers comprise one of the most experienced and knowledgeable management teams in the industry. Their backgrounds are outlined below: Philip H.
