with well trained physicians, and having full-service capabilities that meet the needs of their communities
for primary and secondary health care services, will grow and prosper in the current and future health care
industry. Resurgence Health Group believes that rural communities desire to have basic physician and hospital
services available and accessible, and will support efforts to provide them, if they are quality-oriented and
reasonably priced. Resurgence Health Group is committed to being a leader in providing an innovative solution
to the problems confronting rural hospitals.
Resurgence Health Group's mission is to acquire and operate quality hospitals as sole or dominate providers
in rural communities, including:
(1) Developing strong mutually supportive ties with physicians who are members of its hospitals' medical staffs.
(2) Offering a full complement of primary and secondary care services consistent with the community needs.
(3) Emphasizing the operation of efficient well-managed hospitals that provide high-quality patient care and that

in its professional, business and ethical conduct.
(6) Enhancing revenue through comprehensive management of the patient billing process from admission through discharge.
(7) Minimizing expenses through cost containment efforts and limited corporate and facility overhead.
