The Executive Officers operate Resurgence Health Group's hospitals with a decentralized approach to business
decisions utilizing strict budgetary and statistical guidelines while centralizing certain activities at the
corporate level. The Corporate Office receives financial and statistical reports on a daily, weekly and monthly
basis from facility administrators. Furthermore, on a monthly basis, the Executive Officers meet with each
facility's CEO and CFO to evaluate the operations of their facility focusing on the monthly operating report
which consist of financial statements, budget and selected statistical indictors ("MOR").
Resurgence Health Group maintains a small corporate staff to support the administrators through the use of a
decentralized management philosophy. Financial control is maintained through personnel, fiscal and accounting
